WAKE UP WITH A SMILE FOR A BRIGHT DAY AHEAD…….AN EYE OPENER

WAKE UP WITH A SMILE FOR A BRIGHT DAY AHEAD…….

We all like happiness in every aspect of our life, and enjoyment in everything we do, yet are we really happy and satisfied…..?

Look at this World around you; do you see any changes than previous days? Not really right, it’s because you look at the World with a less or even zero confidence approach. Change it and see the difference.  Be positive and expect positive.  Be optimistic, and trust your abilities and boost your confidence level. A good thought to just keep going smiling and enjoying….

The World around you has various colors, shades, and variants. For you the color is based on the color of your Eyes, the color of the glasses we wear to cover our eyes for many so called good reasons. But in reality, it is the way your mind perceive, understand, evaluate, think and experience things around you, the World will be exactly the same.  Don’t blame anyone or any situation.

I have read the following short story from one of the forums;

An Old Man was sitting outside the main entrance gate of a great city.  When approaching business men or travelers reach the gate, they would always ask the Old Man, “What kind of people live in this city?” The Old Man would question instead, “What kind of people live in the place from where you came”? If the new comer answered, “Only bad people live in the place where we came from, “ the Old Man would reply, “Proceed further, you will find only bad people here.” Whereas if they answered, “Good People live in the place where we came from ,” then the old man would reply, “Carry on, you will find only good people here as well”

We all have good wolf and bad wolf deep within us, yet another story. I will just give you the moral of the story… The Wolf that gets fed by us the most will grow healthier and the other one will get weak and suppressed. This in turn reflects our behavior and attitude in all our dealings and encounters.  Now you decide which Wolf should you feed?

INDIA–WORLD QUEUE UP TO INVEST IN INDIA – FDI

Red Carpet Welcome!!! We Indians welcome the World to India with wide open opportunities for Foreign Direct Investment.

The Indian Economy is keeping on growing at a steady and good pace. It is the largest in the world on the basis of Purchasing Power Parity (PPP). Our large manpower source, abundance of natural resources & solid macroeconomic fundamentals invites attraction from all around the World. If you are looking for an investment in a faster growing economy, India tends to be the front runner over the past over one decade or so.  Any investments that are capital-intensive and require international expertise, India welcomes International Partnership.

The Indian Economy is expected to flourish at a steady pace of 5% or higher all through the year 2025, which is way ahead of the forecast growth rates in the US, which is currently below 2%. The benefits of business and investment in India are backed up by the Government System with clear powers established between the Central Government and the State Governments.  We maintain liberal and clear policies on FDI and a fully supportive legal system backs up the safety of the investors.

The Government is also committed to improve and develop the infrastructure, including National & State Highways, Power Sector, Telecom Sector, Railways, Ports, etc.  According to the market experts, the major sectors that attract FDI/FIIs are Food & Beverages, Financial Services, Automobiles, Chemicals, Computer Software & Hardware, Construction Development, Pharmaceuticals & Biotechnology, Financial Services, Industries, Hospitality Sector and many more… Countries like Japan, Germany, France, Mauritius, The Netherlands, Singapore, Italy, Spain, The U.K. UAE, China are keenly waiting and queuing up to invest in India.

BARS SHUT DOWN IN KERALA – IS IT WISE OR ????

BARS SHUT DOWN IN KERALA – IS IT WISE OR ????

I personally do not support the “Shut Down” of Bars in Kerala either partially or totally.  The State Government should initiate measures to control the misuse or abuse of alcohol. Majority of our society do not encourage the drinking culture, yet silent support is sanctioned.

We are very cunning when it comes to social issues.  We all eagerly look forward for an excuse to put all the blame on Alcohol.  Around 40% of revenue for the annual budget comes from alcohol sales. Are we ready to sacrifice 40% of development in all corners of our life and future generation?

Stop banning things at first instance. Try to find a solution to overcome by modifying the current situation. Of course our Government does not want to accumulate money from non-earning citizens. This includes Students, Unemployed, etc. Why can’t we bring Permit System based on income, number of dependents, outstanding loans, etc. to regulate and restrict the sales of Alcohol.  Just a suggestion, need not be accepted, but may not be rejected prior to giving a thought.

Think about the employees depending on these Bars. Although, a small population as compared to the whole population of Kerala, yet do we have an immediate perfect alternative to support them. Cut down in production due to lack of demand will further bring many others in the manufacturing factories or distilleries. Do we have an Industry Friendly Environment in the State to encourage entrepreneurs to invest their business in our State? Then how do we aim to compensate the 40% of our revenue from?

When we compare other states that are strict towards Alcohol and its sales, we need to peep inside our own state and see do we stand similar in all aspects or at least are we closer to them in comparison.  If this is not the case then stop planting something which will not grow in our land. It is just a waste of our valuable time, only to repent in the future.

We need solution and not destruction. Political leaders will cash this topic for their political career. Do we have to support them in this too now? Are we not tolerating them way beyond the expected limits.  Don’t just blindly support any movements for the sake of it.  Be wise and think wise to do wise.

End of the day it is the constitutional right to equality of an individual at stake. How can a State deprive the rights of voluntary alcohol consumer, when another State allows their citizens this right? Are we not in India, the largest democratic country …..

ISIS – WHAT CAN WE DO TO STOP IT FROM DOING MORE DAMAGES TO ALL

ISIS – WHAT CAN WE DO TO STOP IT FROM DOING MORE DAMAGES TO ALL

What is “ISIS” – (Islamic State in Iraq & Syria), is just a name which is spreading terror across the Globe.

Currently they have an estimated asset of $ 2bn along with human force of approximately 10,000 men.  Is this an alarming figure beyond our reach, if the World comes together with a noble cause of destroying them our vision of safer tomorrow?

But is this the only solution left with us? It is not as easy as “Said & Done…..”  Count our days and expect the worst if we do not act NOW.  Start from your home, family, schools, society and clean the unwanted elements by education them through the right path before it is too late.

Stop supply of resources to ISIS, from all parts of the World.  Yeh! the Interior Ministry has to be more vigilant and act proactively.  Public Interest Campaigns, Awareness Programs, Prevention & Correction Measures can be some of the options to start with.

Countries like Saudi Arabia, does not allow their unmarried girls out of the Kingdom without the consent from their father or guardian.  Don’t we care for our Sons who go out to die for a wrong cause? We as parents have moral responsibility for all their acts, whether beneficial or otherwise.

Simultaneously restrict the growth of ISIS within its current geographical limits until final wipeout is initiated.  As I mentioned in my previous blogs, be more open to life, broadminded thoughts, and unselfish approach towards fellow beings. Be alert and help your respective governmental organization and infrastructures to identify the odd man out.

Let’s not sit back and relax, try to do something, no matter how minor is your contribution that can stop this VIRUS, more dangerous than EBOLA…..

Thanks readers, please promote this campaign through all your possible means and social network sites. May be this is what you can do to support this mission…

EBOLA VIRUS – A CRISIS WHICH CAN BE PREVENTED

EBOLA VIRUS –
A CRISIS WHICH CAN BE PREVENTED

Ebola Virus Disease (EVD):
  1. Symptoms include high fever, bleeding and central nervous system damage
  2. Fatality rate can reach 90% - but current outbreak has mortality rate of about 55%
  3. Incubation period is two to 21 days
  4. There is no vaccine or cure
  5. Supportive care such as re-hydrating patients who have diarrhea and vomiting can help recovery
  6. Fruit bats, a delicacy for some West Africans, are considered to be virus's natural host.
Ebola is one of the world’s most deadly viruses but is not yet airborne…Medical Advice, it can be avoided easily but carefully by following these tips:

1.       Wash your hands on a regular basis with soap and clean water.  Ordinary Soap is fair enough to kill the virus. Simple isn't it…. Try to avoid Hand Shakes, as an infected person’s body fluids can spread the virus quickly.
2.
Don’t Touch, seems cruel, but body fluids like Urine, Stools, Vomit, Blood, Nasal Mucus, Saliva, Tears, Sperm, Vaginal Secretions can all pass on the virus.. So don’t feel cruel be sensible.
3.       Cloths, Bed Sheets of Ebola affected patients should be burned and destroyed far away from human habitation.
4.
Avoid touching bodies of a person died of Ebola Virus.  You can still get infected with Ebola from their body and it ejects fluids that make it even more contagious than that of a sick person.
5.
Avoid touching, eating bush meat like Bats, Monkeys and Chimpanzees which is thought to be the source of first transmission to humans.
6.
Do not panic, or scare the health workers they are to be helped and supported.
BE WISE, SENSIBLE AND EFFECTIVE, SAVE THE WORLD FROM THIS VIRUS AND LET’S STOP SPREADING TO THE GENERATIONS TO COME… IT IS OUR MORAL RESPONSIBILITY…. HALF OF THE INFECTED PEOPLE HAVE ALREADY DIED… NOW WHAT?

HOW TO REDUCE STRESS IN YOUR DAY TO DAY LIFE?

HOW TO REDUCE STRESS IN YOUR DAY TO DAY LIFE?

Think wide when it is Stress and its side effects…..

Start your day with a short Meditation, lol don’t think about a professional meditation.

Are you done with your morning priorities?

Sit upright on your bed, close your eyes, focus yourself and on your breathing, place one hand on your belly.  Slowly inhale through your nose and feel the breath right in your abdomen, working its way to the peak of your head, relax and exhale through your mouth… This will slow your heart rate and lower your blood pressure.

Go slow with lots of focus; this will relieve you of your stress. Try to find time to communicate, by phone, social networking sites to socialize with your dear and close ones.

Do some stretching exercises like head rolls, shoulder shrugs etc., simple ones which you can manage on a regular basis for just 10-15 minutes. You can garnish your efforts with some warm heat wrap around your neck and shoulders for 10 minutes. A soothing music in the background will lower your blood pressure, heart rate and anxiety.

Try this out for a week or even a month and I would appreciate to see your feedback and comments. May be someone will be benefited by your comments and testimonies…. Thanks

SAVE HUMANITY SAVE HUMAN BEING

Are we ashamed to be defined as Human beings, if not; we ought to be….. Don’t you feel so…

What is happening around our house, village, town, city, district, state or even Country….
We are least bothered.  Well as long as it does not affect my life, my family, my relatives, my dear ones, my friends, so on and on….why should I worry… This could happen to us if we do not think positively and proactively.

I am not a promoter of any religion, caste, creed, color or nationality, but I am a promoter of Humanity… can you be one?  Then look out of your window, hey wait start from inside the window, within your own life and family.  This is difficult right, we are very much eager to target someone else; this can be just outside your window or even outside your Country…

My appeal to all human beings out there…. Just love without any discrimination of any denominations, support the needy, support inhuman killings, tortures, exploitation, wars, battles, civil wars, etc. etc. etc….. No matter what reasonable substantiation is provided, it doesn't count.

STOP VIOLENCE AND START LOVING, CARING, SHARING, AND FEELING FOR OTHERS AHEAD OF YOU…. YOU WILL NEVER BE ASHAMED TO BE DEFINED AS A HUMAN BEING…
